Results:
- Zoomcar was able to close positions with top university graduate candidates
- Candidate relevancy went up to 80% on Instahyre
The quality of candidates is unparalleled to any other platforms and the filters make it easier to scan through them. But for me personally the bonus has been the single click segregation of applications. I don’t need to talk to candidates to find out if they are interested in the job, because if a candidate has applied that means they are interested and that saves me a lot of time.
