Challenges:

  • Losing candidates from the interview pipeline
  • Extremely high TAT as a result of low-level candidate engagement

Results:

  • The TAT was reduced from two weeks to two days
  • Sourcing and engaging with pedigree candidates became easier using the custom emails

From spending hours sourcing candidates and reaching out to them just to know that most candidates aren’t actively looking for a job and then starting from zero. I now directly engage with candidates who match Tala’s culture and are talented and close positions faster than ever. My life as a recruiter has become pretty sorted, and I now spend more time on better candidate experience.
