What is Un-Campus?

• Un-Campus is India’s first and biggest online placement event for final year students from Tier-1 colleges.
• Here are answers to some of the frequently asked questions about this unique event.
• It’s quite unfair that you do not even get to consider more companies if you have already secured a job. Our mission with Un-Campus is to change that. Un-Campus allows you to consider better opportunities in terms of both, the companies you want to work with, and the package being offered to you. Being an online event, it also allows companies to hire students from more colleges. This implies that both students and companies get more options!
• With this event enabling a two way interaction between top students , able coders and the companies that are in acute need of such talented individuals, the future of India is sure to shine brighter in the days to come! Instahyre is dedicated to easing the hiring process by using artificial intelligence to deliver a hassle free hiring experience to recruiters and candidates alike!  It is only a matter of time before the way in which we approach hiring changes the way top brands hire top talent . When does the event start?

• Un-Campus event will officially kick off on April 3, 2017. Students can register till April 1. Edit: The wait is over. Un-Campus has finally launched now! 

How do I register myself?

How many companies can I interview with?

• Unlike campus placements, where you can’t interview with other companies after accepting an offer, Un-Campus gives you the freedom to explore as many companies you want. So, even if a company extends you an offer, you can still explore exciting job opportunities with other companies.

When you say Tier-1 colleges, which all colleges are included in it?

• In this first edition of Un-Campus, we decided to go with all IITs, IIMs, DTU, NSIT and top NITs. We hope to extend the invite to students from more colleges from the next edition of Un-Campus.

I am already placed, why should I sign up?

• Two words – Don’t Settle! We stubbornly believe that there are always better opportunities out there for everyone. You just have to start exploring. So, you already landed a great job. But what if one of the awesome companies at Un-Campus provide you an offer you can’t refuse? Maybe it’s your favorite profile, maybe a job in your own town, maybe an opportunity to travel the world, maybe… Possibilities are endless!

 I don’t have a job from college, should I sign up?

• Definitely! This event is tailor-made for students like you. We understand not all companies offer the role or salary that you want and hence this event will not only get you placed, but also give you a job that you always wanted.

What if the company I already have a job with sees my profile here?

• No problem, you can block specific companies from viewing your profile.

What job profiles will companies be hiring for?
