We are extremely happy to announce Shazia Baig as the Star Recruiter of March 2018. Shazia works as a Technical Acquisition Specialist at Microsoft and has a rich experience of around 11 years in recruiting top-tier talent for Technical Roles. Prior to Microsoft, she has worked hiring for global tech giants – Amazon & IBM as a Recruiter for Machine Learning Specialists & HR Recruiter respectively. Her expertise lies in identifying the right candidates for the right roles and always having a personal touch in her communication on behalf of the company. Shazia was able to attract a maximum number of candidates using her beautifully crafted content and hence getting rewarded with our monthly award. Talent Sniper – March 2018

The Monthly star recruiter award “Talent Sniper” goes to Som Nautiyal who previously worked as a Recruiter at Toppr. Being the Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, Som is a problem solver in simple words. He is currently helping Toppr build employee strength and scale. He has also started a firm that delivers premium recruitment solutions by the name of Talhive. Prior to Toppr, he has an experience of nearly 7 years & has worked for Talent Acquisition with the top companies including TinyOwl, Antal International & JPMorgan Chase. He managed to reach out to a maximum number of candidates using his expert Sourcing & Screening skills on the Instahyre platform.
