And the talent sniper award for January 2018 goes to Dixita, HR Manager at Testvagrant for her ability to identify the best talent and reaching out to the most number of candidates on Instahyre. She is working with the Testvagrant since last 1.3 years and handles both tech and non-tech recruitment at the company. Prior to Testvagrant she worked as a remote recruiter at Springboard. This award goes to Nisha Pattanaik, Senior Executive, HR at General Electric (GE)  for her ability  to attract maximum number of inbound applications on her job postings. Nisha has around 5 years of extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. She also help candidates target their resume and spends time prepping the candidates for telephone & face to face interviews.
