We are extremely happy to announce Jaishree Iyer as the Talent Magnet of the month! Jaishree works as an Engineering Recruiter at Uber and has a rich experience of 8+ years in helping companies scale their workforce with the top talent. Prior to Uber, she has worked hiring for Silicon Valley Startups and Product Companies under EPP Consultants, as Global Sourcing Lead. Her expertise lies in identifying the right candidates for the right roles and always having a personal touch in her communication on behalf of the company.

Talent Sniper Recruiter – May 2018

And the monthly “Talent Sniper” award goes to Krishna Reddy of Microsoft! Krishna is currently helping Microsoft manage the recruitment for IDC/R&D teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Prior to Microsoft, he has an experience of over 12 years & has worked for Recruitment, Sourcing, and Staffing with the top companies including Amazon, Electronic Arts (EA Games), Qvantel Software Solutions, MARS Telecom Systems, Sasken Communication Technologies & Tech Mahindra.

Krishna managed to reach out to a maximum number of candidates using his expert Sourcing & Screening skills on the Instahyre platform.
